Halal Certification Process

Our Halal certification process ensures that products and services meet the strict Islamic dietary laws and quality standards. Below are the guidelines and requirements for obtaining Halal certification.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must not contain any Haram (forbidden) ingredients
  • Manufacturing process must comply with Islamic Shariah law
  • Facilities must maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards
  • No cross-contamination with non-Halal products
  • Proper documentation of all ingredients and processes

Application Process

1. Application Submission

Complete the Halal certification application form and submit all required documents including ingredient lists, production flow charts, and facility information.

2. Document Review

Our Halal certification committee will review your submitted documents to verify compliance with Halal standards.

3. Facility Inspection

A team of Halal auditors will conduct an on-site inspection of your production facilities to ensure compliance with all requirements.

4. Certification Decision

Based on the document review and inspection results, the certification committee will make a final decision regarding your Halal certification.

5. Certificate Issuance

Upon approval, you will receive your Halal certificate which is valid for one year and subject to annual renewal and monitoring inspections.

Halal Compliance Guidelines

Ingredients

All ingredients must be from Halal sources. Meat and poultry must come from animals slaughtered according to Islamic methods (Zabiha).

Production

Production equipment must be thoroughly cleaned if previously used for non-Halal products. Separate production lines are required for certain products.

Storage and Transportation

Halal products must be stored and transported separately from non-Halal products to prevent any cross-contamination.

Packaging and Labeling

Packaging materials must be clean and free from contamination. Proper Halal labeling must be displayed on certified products.
